Gina Johnson is a full-time real estate professional specializing in the relocation of families to and within the greater Knoxville area – though her services include everything from marketing and staging skills to assist Sellers to getting her Buyers acquainted with the community. Her background includes two bachelor’s degrees, a teacher’s certification, and two decades of real estate experience. She is holds multiple professional designation which enable to her to work with both Buyers and Sellers to ensure a smooth, successful and pleasurable real estate experience. She also maintains CRS, ABR, GRI, ePRO, SRES and ASP designations.

About Heather Tarantino

 

Heather has been licensed as an affiliate broker for ten years and four years as Gina's licensed assistant. She is a native of East Tennessee and has been a Choto/Northshore resident for nine years. She has been an HOA board member for the last three years. She is also an active volunteer at her church & Children’s school.

Daily duties:

  • Marketing materials for monthly mailings, listing specific mailings, social media assistance, local print marketing, annual client marketing
  • Services to sellers, developing marketing for each property, provide showing feedback & maintaining marketing materials
  • Maintain all active files during listing/purchase, including ordering inspections and warranties
  • Schedule buyer showings
  • Maintain and update database
  • Communicate with vendors during each transaction to insure timely closing

As needed duties:

  • Assisting buyers during home buying process from showing to closing
  • Negotiating offers & home inspections
  • Represent our sellers at closing
